Columbia, TN : Three teenagers killed in car crash Maury County on Wednesday December 23 2015

Three teenagers were killed Wednesday night when the car they were riding went into a creek along Carters Creek Pike in Maury County.
The wreck is believed to be weather-related and happened during Wednesday night’s severe weather. Police have not determined when or the cause of the accident.The area where the wreck occurred was dark and the car wasn’t found until Thursday afternoon.
Police were called around 3:12 p.m. Thursday about a submerged vehicle in the creek.
The victims were identified as Anisah Bourriague, 16, Nickell Whitson, 17, and Adrian Williams, 17.
We had a lot of bond together and it hurts me because I know them,” said Deon Sanders, a friend of the victims. “I knew who they were they had an impact on my life.”
Bourriague was a cheerleader at Centennial High School. Whitson previously played football at the school. Williams previously attended the school.
He wanted to be the best you know,” Sanders said of Whitson, who he played football with. “It's sad to see him go. Watch the kid work hard all his life just striving to be the best he can be.”
Centennial Principal Dr. Leigh Webb tweeted about the tragedy on Thursday night.
