Arbela, MO : One injured in two-car crash near Arbela on Saturday night, April 16, 2016

One person was taken to Blessing Hospital in Quincy for treatment after a two-car crash Saturday night on an unmarked gravel road eight miles north of Arbela.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2005 Pontiac G6 driven by Bo A. Redding, 24, of Arbela, was heading north on the road when Redding attempted to make a left turn in front of a 2013 Ford Fusion driven by Jay A. Martin, 23, of Pulaski, Iowa, causing the collision.
Redding suffered moderate injuries.

Assisting were the Scotland County Sheriff's Department, the Scotland County Ambulance Service and Arbela first responders.
