One person was transported to the hospital following a rollover accident in Hudson on Sunday.

On Sunday at 7:34 p.m., Hudson police and firefighters responded to Central Street, west of Sullivan Road, for a single-car accident.

Through the initial investigation, it was the determined a 1993 Ford Mustang was traveling west on Central Street, approaching Sullivan Road, driven by George Degraan, 43, of Nashua. The passengers were Melanie Kanarian, 46, of Nashua, and Charles Parker, 19, of Manchester.

The Mustang was approaching a bicyclist in the breakdown lane and began to drift to the right, then swerved. It went off the paved road and crashed head-on into a large granite boulder.

After striking the boulder, the car began to roll over. The front passenger was ejected from the car before the car came to rest on its wheels. The airbags deployed in the Ford and it was determined all occupants were not wearing seat belts.

Degraan was issued a court summons for negligent driving. The crash is still under investigation.
