A summons has been issued following a high-speed chase spanning two towns that ended with a car crash in front of the VFW.
While the people in the crashed car took off running after the accident, which occurred earlier this month, Sheffield police have summonsed Joseph Cohen, 47, of Lanesborough, in connection with the accident on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
The incident is still under investigation, police said.
