WACO, TX : 24-year-old old man arrested in Waco hit-and-run, resulting in one death and two injuries on Sunday, 21st January 2024

Waco Police Department identified 24-year-old Mario Rocha Jr. as the suspect of the hit-and run on Sunday, Jan. 21.

Police were able to locate Rocha Jr. after a 13 hour search.

According to the department, officers were called to N. 20th and Colcord at 1:22 a.m. where they located one vehicle had been hit and three people that were injured.
