PATERSON, NJ : Woman hurt in crash with Paterson cop reportedly settles lawsuit for $95K on Wednesday, 9th November 2016

A woman hurt in a 2012 motor vehicle crash with a Paterson police car has settled her lawsuit for $95,000, according to a report.

Pamela Danzy, of Paterson, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Ead Dicklon, according to NorthJersey.com. Dicklon's car collided with a patrol car driven by Paterson police officer Pedro Borrero.

Paterson's city council approved the settlement 7-0 on Wednesday night.

No further details about Danzy's injuries or the circumstances of the crash were made available.
