VISALIA, CA : Woman killed by driver backing out of driveway in Visalia on Tuesday, 26th December 2023

The Visalia Police Department says a woman died after she was run over by a car backing out of a driveway in Visalia.

It happened around 9:30 Tuesday morning in the 3900 block of West Vine Avenue.
