Investigators are probing a fatal motorcycle crash in western New York.

Authorities say police found 21-year-old Justin Ferington unconscious in a ditch in Newfane Tuesday morning. Officials pronounced him dead at the scene.

Investigators say the Newfane man lost control of his motorcycle, went off the road and hit a telephone pole.

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
