A 2002 Chevrolet Tracker, driven by Jody Davis, was driving southbound on Auburn Road. A 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction crossed the center and overturned. The motorcycle then slid onto oncoming traffic and hit Davis' vehicle, according to authorities.
Officials had to extricate Davis from her vehicle and was later sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the motorcycle was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The passenger of the motorcycle was flown by MedEvac to Cleveland Metro, and remains in critical condition. Both were not wearing helmets at the time of the crash, according to officials.
