A tractor-trailer crash and fuel spill blocked all lanes of the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 north after the I-270 spur (exit 38) around 4 a.m. All lanes of the Beltway reopened to traffic around 6:40 a.m.
One person was transported with non-life threatening injuries from the crash, according to Maryland State Police in Rockville. Police said another car was also involved in the crash.
Another accident involving two tractor-trailers also blocked all lanes on on I-95 south past Rt. 216 in Howard County for a couple of hours. One person was transported from the crash with injuries.
All lanes on I-95 reopened around 7:30 a.m.
