FARGO, ND : Fargo man charged with criminal vehicular injury and DUI after 3-car crash on Saturday, 15th September 2018

Thomas Allen Navarro, 26, of Fargo was arrested on suspicion of DUI and criminal vehicular injury after being involved in a three-car crash on Saturday, Sept. 15, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to the crash scene near Eighth Avenue South and University Drive at 1:52 a.m. Saturday.


Three people were hurt, one with a serious injury, police said. Navarro was being held at the Cass County Jail.
