Banks, OR : Man killed in rollover crash outside of Banks early Monday morning, August 29, 2016
A man from Missouri died in a rollover crash outside of Banks early Monday morning, Washington County Sheriff's officials said.
James Worrell, a 27-year-old from Springfield, Missouri, was driving at a high speed on Highway 26 near Northwest Maller Road when he lost control of his car for an unknown reason, spokesman Sgt. David Thompson said in a news release. The white Scion rolled off the road. Worrell was ejected from the car.
Deputies arrived on scene at about 2:30 a.m. Worrell died at the scene of the crash, Thompson said.
No one else was in the car with Worrell, Thompson said.
There were no other cars involved in the crash, Thompson said.
