Town of Darien, WI : Craig McCue died and another injured after two-vehicle crash in Walworth County on Tuesday, Sep 22, 2015

One man was killed and another injured Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash in Walworth County, the sheriff's office said.

Craig McCue of Darien died at a hospital after the crash, reported shortly before 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of S&D Townline Road and Salt Box Road in the Town of Darien, according to a news release from the Walworth County sheriff's office.

According to the release, the 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue driven by McCue was northbound on Salt Box Road when he ran a stop sign and struck a red 2014 Ford F-350 pickup truck driven by a Clinton man.

The Clinton man was taken to a hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening and the crash remained under investigation Tuesday, according to the release, which did not include the ages of the men.
