DURHAM, CT : 4 vehicle crash in Durham leaves 2 drivers with serious injuries on Thursday, 19th October 2023

Two people suffered serious injuries in a four-vehicle crash that happened in Durham on Thursday.

According to state police, the crash happened on Route 68 near Greenbacker Farm around 1:40 p.m.

Troopers said a 33-year-old man from Middlefield in a Honda Civic headed west and tried to pass a driver in a Subaru Outback. They noted that he tried to pass in a no pass zone.

While the driver of the Civic passed the Outback, he struck a Chevy Malibu head-on, the driver of which had been heading eastbound on Route 68.
