Memphis, TN : One person in custody after car crashes into IHOP on Thursday, February 2, 2017

One person is in custody after a car with a dog inside crashed into an IHOP restaurant.

The Grand Am crashed into the restaurant on Showcase Boulevard just before 7:30 a.m.

The dog was taken to Memphis Animal Services. It is unknown at this time if the dog was injured.

It is unclear at this time what charges the person in custody will face, if any.
