WYTHE COUNTY, VA : 2 dead, 2 injured after Kia hits tractor-trailer head on, causing motorcycle crash in Wythe Co. on Thursday, 8th June 2023

Two people were killed, and another two injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Wythe County on Thursday.

Virginia State Police responded to the crash on I-81 at 8:12 p.m.

Police said a Kia Forte was traveling south on I-81 when it ran off the left side of the interstate at the 73-mile marker. The Kia continued through the median and struck head-on a northbound tractor-trailer.
