SAGLE, ID : Afternoon crash kills one in north Idaho at the intersection of Dufort Road and U.S. 95 on Saturday, 5th January 2019

A Bonners Ferry, Idaho woman was killed after she pulled in front of a semi-truck on Friday afternoon, according to Idaho State Police. Beverly Maples, 72, was making a left-hand turn at the intersection of Dufort Road and U.S. 95 just south of Sagle, Idaho.

Maples pulled into the path of a semi-truck, which struck her vehicle on the driver's side. She was declared dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi-truck was not injured, and both drivers were wearing seat belts. The accident is currently under investigation.
