BROCKTON, MA : Car narrowly misses striking new home in Brockton crash on Tuesday 30th October 2018

A car missed striking a new home by a few feet late Tuesday morning when it crashed on Copeland Street.

Police and firefighters responded to the area of 208 Copeland St., at 11:58 a.m., for a report of a crash.

A red sedan drove dozens of feet through a yard, just to the side of a new-construction home, and crashed into a fence at the back of the house, which is directly across from Copeland’s intersection with Southworth Street.

The driver, an adult woman, was taken by ambulance to a Brockton hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
