Houston, TX : Motorcyclist died after crashing into another vehicle on Pasadena Boulevard on Friday night, August 26, 2016
A motorcyclist died Friday night after crashing into another vehicle on Pasadena Boulevard.
The young Hispanic male driving the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Pasadena Boulevard around 11:30 p.m. when another car was making a left turn from Lafferty, according to Pasadena police officer Raul Granados.
The driver of the car could not see the motorcyclist as he attempted to turn and was struck by the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was transported by LifeFlight to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he died. The driver of the car submitted to field sobriety tests, Granados said.
"We do not believe that this is a DWI-related incident on part of the vehicle driver," Granados said.
The driver of the car did not sustain any injuries. No charges are expected to be filed.
