Houston, TX : Woman killed in involving tow truck crash on West 15th Street in Houston on Tuesday February 16 2016

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash in The Heights.
The accident happened at about 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at 200 West 15th Street, according to the Houston Police Department.
Witnesses told officers the female victim was traveling westbound in an older Honda Civic when the driver ran a stop sign and was struck by a tow truck traveling southbound on Yale. The Honda then struck a tree.
The victim, who was a passenger in the Honda, was reportedly impaled by a tree limb and died at the scene.
