WEBSTER COUNTY, IA : Authorities identify 2 involved in fatal collision between bus, van on Tuesday, 12th March 2019

Authorities have released the names of two people involved in a fatal crash between a school bus and a van in Webster County.

The Iowa State Patrol said 58-year-old Anthony Gibbins died Tuesday when his van crossed the centerline of Highway 7 Tuesday, striking a Manson Northwest Webster School District school bus head-on.The bus driver, 65-year-old David Wienhold, was flown to a local hospital, according to authorities.

The crash occurred between Barnum and Fort Dodge. Authorities said no children were on board the bus at the time of the collision.
