Chester County, SC : 17-year-old girl died in car crash in Chester County on Friday December 11 2015

A 17-year-old girl died Saturday after a car crash Friday night in Chester County.
North Carolina Highway Patrol troopers said Lindsey Nease was a passenger in the car when a driver Dakota Campbell, 21, ran off Highway 901 and hit a utility pole and fence.
Troopers said it appears the driver swerved to avoid another wreck still in the road and lost control.
Nease died two days after her birthday.
Friend Drew Beaver came to the scene when his home lost power shortly after the crash.
"The whole front right side of the car was tore up and smashed,” he said. "I knew her family. I hate it for her and for her family."
Campbell posted Sunday on Facebook "Just wish it was a dream. Just want it to all go away."
Channel 9 check with troopers who did not have any information about the car's speed or other factors in the crash.
