LIBERTY, IL : Woman injured in crash near Liberty on Thursday, March 16th 2017

A woman was injured in a Thursday morning crash near Liberty.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department reports a 2016 Dodge Dart driven by Stephanie J. Brann, 44, of Banner, was traveling northwest on Ill. 104 at N. 800th Ave. at 7:55 a.m. The department said the driver fell asleep, and the vehicle ran off the road and overturned several times before coming to rest on its side.

Brann was taken to Blessing Hospital with moderate injuries.

The department was assisted by Liberty Fire and EMS.
