SMITHSBURG, MD : Two taken to hospital from crash at Smithsburg Pike and Bikle Road, according to a Washington County 911 supervisor on Wednesday, 26th February, 2020

Two people were taken by ambulance from the scene of a crash this morning at Smithsburg Pike and Bikle Road, according to a Washington County 911 supervisor.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at 6:49 a.m., and was cleared up by 7:32 a.m., the supervisor said.

The intersection of Bikle Road and Smithsburg Pike, which is also Md. 64, is just north of Smithsburg.

The injured were taken to Meritus Medical Center east of Hagerstown, the supervisor said.
