Ohio man dies in head-on crash in western in Chautauqua New York

State police say a 57-year-old Ohio man has died after his vehicle collided with an oncoming car in Chautauqua County.The accident happened Sunday on Interstate 86 in North Harmony, about 60 miles southwest of Buffalo near the Pennsylvania border. Troopers say Thomas Erickson of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was heading west when his vehicle veered across the center median into the eastbound lane.Erickson's car collided with a Jeep Cherokee driven by 52-year-old Barbara Kubiak of Bradford, Pa. She was flown to a hospital in Erie, Pa., with chest pains.Erickson was pronounced dead at a Jamestown hospital.
