Clackamas County , OR : 18 - Years old woman killed and 7 years old boy critically injured after two vehicles crashed head-on in Clackamas County on Friday , February 20th 2015

Friday night two vehicles crashed head-on killing one woman and critically injuring a 7-year-old boy.

At approximately 6:08pm Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to an injury crash on S. Redland Rd. near S. Lyons Rd. in Clackamas County.

An 18-year-old female from Oregon City was extracted from one of the vehicles, a Saturn coupe, and transported to the Hospital. She later died at the hospital.

The second vehicle, a Hummer H3, had two people in the car. The male driver, 58, of Oregon City, was taken to the hospital and then released.

A 7-year-old boy who was the passenger needed to be taken by Lifeflight to the hospital and is still listed in critical condition.

The boy was reported to have not been wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The Clackamas County Criminal Reconstruction and Forensic Team (CRAFT) assisted with the crash investigation. Initial investigations show the Saturn veered into the oncoming lane.

The female driver of the Saturn who died in the crash has been identified as Madison Kealoha West, of Oregon City.
