Oak Forest woman dies after car accident

A 37-year-old Oak Forest woman who was involved in a car accident Jan. 12 in Alsip died Thursday, police said. Colleen Palermo, of the 15700 block of Peggy Lane, was pronounced dead at 7 p.m. at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
