Durham ,NC : 14-year-old boy killed after collision while he running across Duke Street with a skateboard on Saturday afternoon,March 21st 2015

About 4 p.m. Friday, police say a car driven by Dianne Barnes of Raleigh collided with a 14-year-old boy running across Duke Street with a skateboard under his arm. Jaydn Wilkins was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No charges have been filed in the cases, which remain under investigation.
