Kirksville, MO : SUV driver hurt in School bus crash on on U.S. Highway 63 in Kirksville on Wednesday morning, January 21, 2015

The Kirksville Police Department responded to an accident involving a school bus on U.S. Highway 63 and Highway 11 East early Wednesday morning.
Seven children were on the bus during the time of the collision. The children and the bus driver each walked away from the accident with no injuries.
According to police, witnesses said that the bus, which belonged to Weber Bus Company, was driving northbound on the highway, then turned left in front of a silver Honda Pilot truck coming southbound on the highway, which caused the collision.
The driver of the vehicle did sustain injuries from the crash and was transported by ambulance to the Northeast Regional Medical Center, according to police.
Weber Bus Company said there was also a bus driver aide on the bus during the accident. The aide suffered minor injuries and would be seen by a doctor.
