Arcadia, WI : Three people were dead when eastbound SUV and a westbound minivan collided in the westbound lane of Highway 95 on Monday August 18th 2014

Authorities have released the names of two adults and a teenager killed in a crash in Trempealeau County of western Wisconsin. Sheriff Richard Anderson says an eastbound SUV and a westbound minivan collided in the westbound lane of Highway 95 between Arcadia and Blair around 7:30 a.m. Monday. The van caught fire. The sheriff says it was raining heavily at the time. The driver of the SUV, 57-year-old Patrice Hamerski, of Trempealeau, was extricated from her car. She died at a Whitehall hospital. Thirty-four-year-old Donald Lewallen, of Augusta was the driver of the minivan, and 14-year-old Austin Lemon, of Augusta was one of his passengers. They died at the scene.
