Union County, AR : 2 killed in separate crashes in southern Arkansas on State Highway 7 on Sunday, 17th February 2019

A violent crash early Sunday morning in Union County left an El Dorado man dead.

According to an Arkansas State Police statement, Curtis Jerome Wade, 41, was killed when he lost control of his Suburban on State Highway 7 Spur just north of El Dorado Chemical. Wade lost control as he was taking a left-hand curve, crossed the center line and rolled in the ditch before hitting a tree. Authorities say it was raining at the time of the crash.
