TAZEWELL COUNTY, VA : 1 killed, 2 injured in crash involving Head Start bus in Tazewell County on Sunday, 11th June 2023

The man killed in crash in Tazewell County has been identified as 49-year-old Joseph Hancock, of Tazewell.A person was killed and two people were injured in a head-on crash involving a Head Start bus in Tazewell County, according to Virginia State Police.

Police responded to the 4000 block of Gratton Road on Friday morning. Police said a 2004 Buick Rendezvous SUV was going east on Gratton Road when it crossed the center line and struck a 2014 Chevrolet bus head-on.
