COLUMBUS, OH : Bicyclist flown to hospital after hit-and-run in Athens County on Saturday, 15th June 2024

A bicyclist was flown to a hospital with serious injuries after a hit-and-run in Athens County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash is believed to have happened between 11 p.m. on Saturday into the early morning hours of Sunday.

The bicyclist was heading southbound on Radford Road, southwest of Athens, riding a Cannondale bike when he was hit from behind by a vehicle.
