One person was killed Sunday night in multi-vehicle crash on I-10 in Harrison County near mile marker 24 at Menge Avenue.
According to the Harrison County Sheriff's Department, one victim was left in serious condition and another was airlifted to an area hospital.
Witnesses say the road is littered with debris, at least one vehicle is flipped on its side, and another car appears to have crashed into a tree.
Drivers have reportedly stopped to assist as first responders make their way to the scene.
