Franklin , TN :Driver crashes into officer's vehicle on I-65 on Tuesday 23rd 2015

Franklin police have released dash-cam video of an officer-involved crash that happened Tuesday night.Police said the officer was helping someone who was stranded along Interstate 65 near Peytonsville Road. The patrol car's lights were flashing, but another vehicle slammed into the patrol car anyway.The officer was hurt and is recovering at home.The driver, 52-year-old Elizabeth Dorgan, of Murfreesboro, was cited for not obeying the state's move over law and not having proof of insurance.
