Hartford, CT : Motorcyclist was speeding before deadly crash on Tuesday, 3rd September 2019

Speed was a factor in a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Hartford Tuesday night, police said.
The rider, who police identified as Charles Holder, 55, of Greenfield Street in the city, was not wearing a helmet, they said.According to police, a passerby found the mangled motorcycle on West Service Road around 8 p.m. and alerted police. First responders found the rider dead nearby.The road was closed about an hour while an accident reconstruction team investigated.
