PORTLAND, OR : Driver charged with DUII reckless driving in fatal car crash near Portland International Airport on Friday, 23rd February 2024

A Gresham driver faces multiple charges after a crash Friday night killed one and closed Northeast Marine Drive.

The suspect, Maria I. Moncada, was booked into Multnomah County Detention Center, according to the Portland Police Bureau (PPB). The 22-year-old suspect faces first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving charges.
