LA SALLE TOWNSHIP, MI : 1 killed, others hurt when semi truck crosses I-75 median in construction zone on Wednesday, 12th June 2024

One person was killed and others were injured when a semi truck crossed the median in a construction zone on I-75 and crashed into multiple cars heading in the other direction.

The crash happened around 4 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2024, on I-75 near South Otter Creek Road in Monroe County.

Officials said a semi truck was heading south on the freeway when it crossed through the center median barrier in a construction zone.
