Shannock,RI : Tractor-trailer crash stalls traffic in Swansea on February, Tuesday 27th 2018

A tractor-trailer struck a disabled van on Interstate 195 east and veered off the highway early Tuesday morning, coming to rest in the trees in the median about a mile east of Exit 3. Traffic was snarled from the Bristol-Warren exit to the accident site at Mile 6.
