OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL : 53-year-old man killed in Osceola County hit-and-run crash on Tuesday, 7th November 2023

A 53-year-old Kissimmee man was killed on Tuesday evening in a hit-and-run crash out of Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the crash happened around 7:42 p.m. along West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, near Old Vineland Road.

A crash report shows that the man was walking north across the highway outside of a marked crosswalk, ending up in the direct path of an oncoming vehicle.

As a result, the vehicle struck the man, and he died at the scene, the report states. Investigators said the vehicle fled afterward.
