Clackamas County , OR : Man seriously injured after he was hit by a Toyota Tacoma and headon collision in Clackamas County on Monday Evening , January 26th 2015

A man was seriously injured Monday evening in a collision with a car on Oregon 99E in Clackamas County, Oregon State Police said.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. near milepost 7, OSP said. Early reports indicate that a man dressed in dark clothing was walking a bicycle on the roadway in the center median when he was hit by a Toyota Tacoma, OSP said.

The Tacoma driver, 85-year-old Ralph V. Hitter of Oregon City, was making a left turn into an adjacent business, OSP said.

The man was taken to Oregon Health and Science University Hospital with serious injuries.
