A 76-year-old man is in critical condition after he was involved in a crash in Amherst.

A viewer sent us a picture from Essjay Rd. in front of Buffalo Medical Group on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the man suffered a medical emergency and struck a minivan with a woman and a 2-year-old inside.

The older man's car landed on a sign in front of the building.

Neither the woman nor the child were seriously hurt.
