Oneida , TN : 34 - Years old Man was Killed in tractor trailer Crash while driving through Scott County on Saturday Morning , January 24th 2015

A Kentucky man has died following a crash involving a tractor trailer Saturday while driving through Scott County.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the semi was traveling north early Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 27 when it left the right shoulder of the road, went down an embankment, and hit a tree.

Johnathan Brumagen, 34, of Somerset, died.

The driver, 63-year-old Charles Hamby, of Knoxville, was injured along with passenger Joaquin Sanchez of Somerset.

The incident is still under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
