CASTLETON, VT : Man unhurt in DUI crash on February, Monday 12th 2018
Police said a man who abandoned his car after sliding off Route 4A was found to have been driving under the influence.
Vermont State Police said Logan Tow, 21, was cited to appear in Feb. 26 in Rutland criminal court after the crash early Saturday morning.
Police said they found Logan’s 1996 Volvo 850 in a ditch on the east side of the road at around 2 a.m., and Logan at his residence in Castleton, where he showed signs of impairment. Police said Logan had been wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash an appeared unhurt.
