Hopkinsville,KY : High speed pursuit ends in fiery crash on May, Thursday 3rd 2018

A high speed pursuit ended with a wreck and the vehicle catching fire early Thursday morning.

Jordan Barbee, was allegedly seen driving carelessly on Interstate 24 at the 86 mile marker when Christian County deputies attempted to stop him he fled at speeds of 125 mph before crossing into Trigg County, according to Christian County deputies, adding during the pursuit Barbee hit a Cadiz police vehicle.

Barbee was stopped on Rocky Ridge Road and fled on foot but was arrested shortly after, according to deputies.

The vehicle Barbee was in burned after the crash.

A full list of Barbee's charges has not been released.
