Nashville, TN : Metro officer injured in motorcycle crash on I-40 near Briley Parkway on Sunday, December 6, 2015

A Metro police officer is recovering after a crash on Interstate 40 on Sunday.

The officer was on a motorcycle near Briley Parkway at the time of the wreck.

Details are limited, but Channel 4 learned the officer was not severely injured.
