DES MOINES, IA : Early morning crash nearly lands vehicle on the city’s northeast side on Tuesday, 26th March 2024

The Des Moines Police Department is investigating an early morning crash on the city’s northeast side.

Just after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, crews responded to Hubbell Avenue and East Euclid Avenue for a vehicle that had allegedly gone off the bridge. The vehicle narrowly missed going into Fourmile Creek and landed on the embankment.

Police tell us that nobody was injured but an investigation is ongoing.
