Marion County , FL : Bicyclist killed in Crash after Hit by Vehicle near East State Road 40 in Marion County on Sunday morning ,January 18th 2015

crash on East State Road 40 and SE 170th Ave. in Marion County around 5 a.m. Sunday.

Joseph Gilallanza, 44, was driving a Dodge Ram on SE 170th Avenue. Gregorio Rodriguez, 49, was riding a bicycle on S.R. 20, east of SE 170th Ave.

Gilanllanza said Rodriguez was riding in the travel lane, and that he was unable to move over.
Gilanllanza crashed into the cyclist.

The Marion County Fire & Rescue took Rodriquez to the Ocala Regional Medical Center.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
