Oklahoma City, OK : One dead after being struck by a car on I-44 in Oklahoma City on Sunday, November 23, 2014

Oklahoma City police have released the name of a man hit and killed by an Interstate 44 driver. Officers say Richard Wells, 34, died when he was crossing the westbound outside lane of I-44 and was struck by a vehicle. According to investigators the vehicle continued westbound.
