Colorado State Patrol says a man died in a crash on highway 24 west of Colorado Springs Friday afternoon.
The crash happened near mile marker 294, west of Waldo Canyon.
The car went off of the highway and came to a rest in the creek.
Troopers say the man who died was 42 years old and lived in Cascade, but his name has not been released.
